About the Event
Finding yourself in need of a consistent process for determining readiness for patients, clients, or athletes that are looking to return to weightlifting?
This is a 4 hour, introductory educational experience designed to assist in having a consistent, evidence based approach, establish consistent language across disciplines, improve and sharpen skills for safe instruction and implementation of weightlifting protocols. This is a lab focused experience, not an educational CEU.

Tiered Lifting Assessment: All the holds, all the planks, body weight before weighted
- Powell Raise, DB external rotation, RFESS
Let's Move:
Isometrics: all the planks, GHD/Sorinex Hold
Intro to KB movements - Single KB vs Dual KB
Intro to DB movements - powell raise, DB external rotation, Arnold press, Peterson Step up.....
Intro to Barbell movements - back squat, front squat, safety bar squat, trap bar, conventional DL, sumo DL, bench press, strict press
Intro to Olympic Lifts - Snatch Pull, Clean Pull, Muscle Snatch, Muscle Clean, Power Snatch, Power Clean, Push Press, Push Jerk
